Terms for using this service
These terms govern use of the Intel Revenue Services website and private application-management service.

1. Private service
Intel Revenue Services is an independent private service. It is not the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, IMF, a government agency, law-enforcement agency, bank, regulator, or public authority.
2. No official approval authority
We may provide administrative and documentation assistance, but we do not issue government approvals, tax rulings, law-enforcement clearances, IMF approvals, regulatory determinations, official certificates, or financial-institution decisions unless a specific authority has expressly and lawfully authorized that activity.
3. Applicant responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, submit only documents you are authorized to provide, use the service for lawful purposes, and avoid submitting false, misleading, stolen, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawfully obtained information.
4. Application review
We may review submitted information, request clarification, decline requests outside the scope of the service, close incomplete or inappropriate applications, and maintain records necessary for service administration and security.
5. Third-party decisions
Any decision by a government, regulator, financial institution, international organization, or other third party is controlled by that third party. Intel Revenue Services does not guarantee any third-party result.
6. Security and acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another applicant's records, upload malware, probe the service for vulnerabilities, automate abusive submissions, or misuse tracking references.
7. Communications
We may contact you using the details provided in your application for service-related purposes. Sensitive identity documents should be submitted only through the designated secure upload process, not ordinary email attachments.
8. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when service practices, legal requirements, or technical controls change. The current version will be published on this website.
