1. Information we collect

Depending on the selected service, we may collect your name, contact address, country, phone number, email address, occupation, date of birth, transaction-related information, financial-institution details, application explanations, identity documents, and other information you voluntarily submit for a legitimate application.

2. Why we collect information

Information is processed to receive and review applications, communicate with applicants, request clarification, maintain application records, prevent abuse, protect the service, and meet legitimate administrative or legal obligations. We aim to collect only information relevant to the selected service.

3. Sensitive documents

Identity documents and other sensitive uploads are stored in protected application storage and are not intended to be exposed through public file links. Access is limited to authorized administrators with a legitimate need to review the application.

4. Security

Security controls include protected administrator authentication, two-factor authentication, access controls, server-side validation, CSRF protection, rate limiting, controlled file access, secure password hashing, audit logging, and encryption of selected sensitive database fields. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention

We retain application information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business records, dispute handling, security, or applicable legal obligations. Retention periods should be reviewed regularly and configured to reflect applicable law and the nature of the service.

6. Who can access information

Authorized Intel Revenue Services personnel and carefully selected technical service providers may access information only when required to operate, secure, maintain, or support the service. We do not authorize public access to applicant files.

7. Applicant rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

8. Deletion requests

To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact support@inreservice.us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. International processing

Where applicants and service providers are located in different countries, information may be processed internationally. Appropriate safeguards should be used where required by applicable law.

10. Independent-service notice
